Bifacial Star Panels offer different limits to older Star Modules. Power is generated from
each side of a bi-directional module, increasing total power generation. They are generally more resilient due to resistance to UV radiation from any side and potential. Induced degradation (PID) problems are reduced once the bi-directional module is frameless. balance of the system (BOS) Pricing will be further reduced as additional performance is generated from bi-directional modules in a much smaller array footprint.

Companies currently on the market with bi-directional modules include LG, LONGi, Lumos Star, Prism Star, Silfab, Sunpreme, Trina Star, and Yingli Star. As other manufacturers begin production, bi-directional modules seem to be a distinct product segment that comes to mind. Which square measures bidirectional star fields? Bifacial modules generate solar energy from each side of the module. While older opaque backsheet panels are square, bi-directional monofacial modules expose the front and back of the star cells
each.
Once 2-way modules measure squares placed on an extremely reflective surface (e.g. a white TPO roof or a light-colored stone underside), some 2-way module manufacturers claim an increase in production of up to half an hour simply generated by the additional power from behind. Bifacial modules are available in different versions. Some measure square with a frame while others measure square without a frame.
Most use monocrystalline cells, but square crystalline types also exist. The only problem that is constant is that electricity is generated from each side. However, there are square frameless double glass modules that expose the back of bi-directional T-cells. True bidirectional modules have contacts/busbars on each front and back of their cells.
How are the bi-directional square gauge modules installed? The mounting method of a bidirectional module depends on its type. A bi-directional framed module may be easier to install than a frameless one simply because the old and painful mounting systems measure squares already fitted to framed models. Most bi-directional module manufacturers provide their own clamps to mount your specific kit, eliminating any hesitation during installation. overtighten the screws and damage the glass.
The higher a bi-directional module is tilted, the more power it produces from its bi-directional properties. Top-mounted bidirectional modules prevent reflected light-weight from reaching the back of the cell. That is why bidirectional modules work best on flat industrial roofs. and floor-mounted arrays as there is an additional area to tilt and bounce the light-weight reflected off the back of the modules.
The mounting system itself affects the performance of bi-directional modules. Painful systems with support rails sometimes lined by the back of a monofacial module can shade back rows of bidirectional cells. Junction boxes on bi-directional panels were scaled down or separated into multiple units and placed on the edge of the panel to also avoid shadowing. Painful mounting systems specially formatted for bi-directional installations eliminate the problem of rear shading. What perspective does
have bidirectional modules?
Last year Vincent Doctor, head of North America at Canadian Solar, told Solar Energy World that bi-directional panels are on track to become mainstream in the years to come. "The challenge with bi-directional systems has always been the unpredictability of the output capacity as it depends on the sub-soil behind the modules: a white industrial roof, a dark tile roof, grass, gravel," he said. “It's arduous to model what the module is going to offer”. The
financial community is becoming bi-directional and hence the pricing structure is falling again. We'll be hearing more about this technology over the next 2-3 years.
Chinese module manufacturer LONGi Star believes that we are entering a new era of photovoltaics, in which high-efficiency modules are paramount. The bidirectional technology supports the design of the treatment of high-quality materials for high-energy performances. "Square bifacial modules measure long-term business life," said Hongbin Fang, technical director of LONGi star. “It inherited all the advantages of mono PERC modules: high power density resulting in significant Bos
savings, high power yield with higher performance at low weight, and lower temperature constant. In addition, the bi-directional PERC modules also draw power from the rear and demonstrate higher power performance.
We expect that bi-directional PERC modules squared will be the most effective approach to finding the lowest LCOE.

Jazaka Allah sir..
ReplyDeleteIt was so informative especially the name of compnies you and their work you mentiond.
Keep it up .
Iam looking forward about becterial / rain drops power modules and moon light modules. Plez update if you have any info about these upcoming technologies.
Thanks for sharing your views.
DeleteI didn't understand for "Rain Drop Power Modules".
Are you looking for rain sensors?
